A phenomenal and beautiful place, the folks there are super helpful and very friendly! I definitely recommend the place If you are having any sorts of difficulties with finances or any kind of trouble at all. Oh, make sure to load up on snacks but they are limited so just be mindful. ૮(˶˃ᆺ˂˶)
I love the fact that the people of the world can stop by and feel expected and fill up on resources , the staff members most notably daisy and jaz are willfully aware and kind as can be there souls radiate marvelous vibes and even brighter charismatic services and understanding so continue to shine bright sf lgbtq ☆☆☆☆☆ and treat all with love and understanding even thru the stormiest of moods and the stormiest of day moving forward were all humans doing are best and best things are sure to return to you 💗
Pretty sad organization. Locked doors, no visitors, no events, nothing but an enormous waste of space. Been living in the city for a year and a half. I go to the dentist here. Not one thing as a trans person has been provided here and most of the time they don't even know where to point you. I wish there was more this place provided for the community. This is suppose to be a resource center but the person at the front desk can't tell you a single thing about where to stay for the night, what to do in crisis, where to get meal, what time you need to start lining up to get into a shelter. They are very much out of touch with what the lgbtq community needs. Shelter, groups, connection, community. None of it is provided here. This is the LGBTQ city that started it all. You'd think the organization that supported our radical way of life and different thinking would be more active in the community. Being a resource to get you referred to the services you need to get back on your feet but they are not. They are only open to youth for drop ins 18-24? They have nothing to offer but some condoms at the front desk. Its a pity really. I'd love to make this place a vibrant palace of rainbow. 😔
Definitely a helpful group. I was in town and out of my medication. They were quick and easy and set me up with the right clinic to fill my prescriptions and timely manner. I’m so thankful to have outreach groups, such as this one that specifically cater to the needs of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff was curious and kind even though I wasn’t from the area and my stay in San Francisco was short. Such a great resource!
A wonderful space and everyone is so welcoming and warm. If you are new to the city, I strongly recommend checking out this place. They are resourceful and friendly. A special shoutout to Nick for being extra special.
