My first time at Aunt Charlie's and I'm mad at myself for not finding this gem sooner. Came here with two of my dear friends on a Saturday night and everyone from the doorman, to the performers to the bartender were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was having such a great time, we found ourselves cheering with other customers and our neighbors. The drinks were so good and so cheap. I came ill prepared and wanted to get more change to tip the performers and the bartender was super accommodating, took time to count out stacks of singles for me. So sweet. We were also lucky enough to get a history lesson from Donna Personna about the Compton's Cafeteria riot. All in all, I absolutely adore everything and everyone at Aunt Charlie's. I can't wait to come back!

Cheap drinks. Performers with lots of experience! But make a reservation. Cash only! We had booked a table in advance, anticipating watching a drag show. The show featured performers with lots of drag experience! It was fun :) The drinks were very cheap as I mentioned.
