I visited Arrow for the first time last night as a trans/crossdresser, and I had an amazing experience! Even though I didn't dive into everything and mostly just explored the venue, it was a blast. I met a few wonderful people, made some new friends, and definitely got plenty of attention... let's just say the guys were very hands-on, and I didn't mind one bit! 😉🤭 (Though next time, I do hope I run into a few more guys who are on the taller side!) I absolutely love how trans-friendly and welcoming the environment is. One quick tip for the girls: that sloped walkway to the entrance is a bit scary to navigate in heels lol! Next time, I'll probably pack a pair of flats for the journey in and out. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be arriving a bit earlier next time!

What's wrong with the staffs? The previous staffs are good. The current staffs are rude. Never coming again. The toilets near shower room on the ground floor are dirty especially the floors are wet and dirty. The floor area near the locker rooms is also dirty as well. The indian looking reception staff is rude especially.

My wife and I were regular clients of this venue for quite some time, and for a long period we genuinely supported it out of loyalty. Unfortunately, we no longer attend because it has become increasingly clear that regular, proven customers are not being listened to or valued. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of enforcement around mobile phone use in restricted areas. In a venue of this nature, privacy, discretion and trust are absolutely essential. Rules around phones should not be optional, and regular customers should not have to repeatedly raise concerns about something that management should already be taking seriously. It also feels as though feedback from loyal customers is either dismissed or ignored, while one-time visitors seem to be prioritised. Suggestions about improving the venue, service, atmosphere and overall customer experience appear to go nowhere, even though there are now better competing venues available. We stayed loyal because we wanted to support this club, but loyalty needs to go both ways. The most disappointing part is that this venue has potential. With stronger management, better communication, proper enforcement of its own rules, and a genuine willingness to listen to customers who actually care about the place, it could be much better. But if management does not appear to care about improving the business, it becomes hard to understand why customers should continue investing their time and money there. I hope the owners or managers take this feedback seriously, because this is not written out of spite. It is written because we used to enjoy attending and would have preferred to see the venue improve rather than feel pushed away. A serious conversation with regular customers would be a good place to start.

Very lovely place. Had the best time ever on Valentines Day. Very welcoming staff and facilities are clean and good. Well worth it. Inside the guys were respectful and i had the most fun i have had in ages. I will certainly be coming back.

The place has a good mix but I really dislike the safety of the lockers. Most places have good secure lockers, Aarows has very old lockers that look like they are from the 80’s and only a tiny padlock the size of a thumb nail that’s easy to break so I stress about my phone etc.
