Trumps

I signed up for their free cover, which says "must arrive before 1am" I get there a few minutes before such and the line is long. They purposely are going slow. A few minutes before they completely stop the line and aren't doing anything (their excuse was we are letting the traffic out of the club). At 01:03 they resume the line and claim they aren't taking any more of the signups and are charging everyone cover. Just poor customer service and communication to get their cover fee. I refused to pay for something they promised for free and left.

I visited Trumps recently with a group of friends and we had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was incredible throughout the night and the music was phenomenal. The security staff did an impeccable job, ensuring a safe environment for the entire group. Highly recommended.

Been going there for a while n I am very grateful I found this place. Great environment, two stages (may depend on the day?), performances are great, they got drags and gogo dancers, the sets are fire too. I wanna give a special shout out to the security guard team (Benny, Pina and others) because I ended up loosing my phone and they gave me the support I needed and found my phone. Also shout out to Thais and Afonso, the lovely staff I met at the bar. As long as I’m in Lisbon I’ll def keep coming back. Thank u all for the great memories and service.

This is the place to be! Bernardo the security and bouncer was especially kind, engaging with me and my friend group. Couldn’t feel safer at this establishment! When we needed fresh air it was very easy to socialize in the street right outside the club. If. you need something fun to do while on vacation this is recommended.
