OMG. First time there and I had a Blast. Everyone was kind. Met new great peeps. Will so again. Felt like a kid in a Candy Store with the go go dancers lol ❤️
Hey The Rail, I've been a supporter of your business for several years. You are a great cornerstone of the neighborhood rooted in its history. I have trouble with the perceived policy on the weekends when there are events. If you are a patron prior to about 9pm and order a drink you either have to finish your drink or it gets poured out. If you want to stay you then have to pay a cover regardless of how long you have been there that evening. Financially I understand why you may do this but, you loose neighborhood support with this policy. It is a free market but, I urge you to reexamine your best practices.
We came in because of the deal they had advertised but I think it was misleading. They had one that said $8 for a pitcher but the pitcher is the size of a glass and they charged more anyway. That wouldnt have been too bad since its still a bit of a deal but the staff was very rude (which is something I never say). When we asked for the $8 pitcher and he asked which one, we said the one that was $8, he said he still needed to know, so we got the hazy. When he gave us a higher bill, we asked why it wasnt $8 and he said "tell me what you got" multiple times even when we asnwered to drill in that it was a hazy and not whatever the other one was even though we originally tried to order it. Overall I think we probably just had a one off bad experience but I probably wont be back.
Very friendly crowd. Generous pours, wonderful bar staff, fun drag queens and an all around good time. Got a glass of wine that was probably half a bottle and then danced and enjoyed the Halloween party. The gogo dancers were all very sweet. Lots of cute areas to sit. Nice sized dance floor and fun fog machines. Lots of places to sit all around and a tiny area outside to sit as well. And they have a great VIP area well.
The bartenders were quick and sociable. Wasn’t really a busy night so it was not hard to get anything from bar. Watch a great show with good ppl around. The lighting in the bar was very chill and not too flashy. Didn’t try any food since we ate before coming out. Definitely would come back again.
