I came here a couple nights ago. I hope this comment reaches management because they have to do something about the guy who works the front door. I paid my cover, gave him my ID, I had a Gatorade which he told me I couldn't bring inside so I told him okay I will go outside and finish this and throw it out before I come back in. So as I come back in he tells me I'm giving you your money back because it looks like you've been over served tonight. I explained to him that I hadn't had anything to drink. He ignored me and just really walked away from me and basically just told me I was beat. I came here so excited to actually have a fun time and try something new just to get denied at the door this was such a horrible customer experience I'm not even sure if I'll ever come back here. I'm from New Jersey so it took me a while to even get to this place so it was an absolutely ruined night because I came all the way out there to have a good time and ended up just going home completely upset. I naturally talk slow and have a stutter, the the man who denied me entry had gray hair, beard a beanie and glasses. Overall he was rude gave me a dirty look,
The worst experience ever! The security guy was very rude! I was trying to get cash at the atm cuz they only receive cash! And I had a problem with my card and I was calling my bank but then he told me to let people use the atm! And I step next to the atm and I said ok! Then he only told me you have to wait outside for no reason! Very rude and gross place! Please never go to that place! Unless they change security guard
Weird energy here. People just stand there and say negative things about you. Staff will make fake profiles to attract customers online but then make fun of you if you try to approach them in person. Feels like high school entering here. I use to work here for years before the renovations. They need better music. Place has gone down hill since. It's a shame. Never coming back here again. Also had my ID stolen. Pick pockets are messy.
Had a blast! Straight dude who was told about The Cock, and couldn’t leave New York without checking it out. Pretty simple exterior, massive rooster sign. Staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. Top floor was a typical lounge, drinks were great. Downstairs is a different ballgame. Literally. But not for a moment did I feel unwelcome, not safe, or at all anything but another patron. Overall had an amazing night out with friends that included the cock. Had a blast, give it a try. Really wanted a tshirt but they were sold out :(
Dark, dirty and gay but in the best ways. Kind of like a giant dark room with somewhat of a dance floor and many darker corners. Definitely a fun night when both levels are open. Came for Sloppy Special Sunday and it was a blast. Gogo boys, dancing and friendly folk. Women and straight men might not feel totally comfortable, but compared to Berlin it’s still tame;) Cash only.
