I reached out in April to ask about plant-based options. I received a prompt reply assuring me that the brunch would include "several" vegan options. Thrilled, I bought four tickets for the drag brunch scheduled for 5/10. We were in town for my daughter's 21st birthday; two of my sisters flew in from other states and my daughter and I drove down from WI. Of the four people at our table, two are plant-based eaters. We're not terribly picky - we try to go with the flow. I tried to order potatoes and toast with jam (which was one of the available entrees - I just wanted it without the meat). The chef came out and informed me that the bread contains dairy/egg. We asked about options. She shrugged and said she'd "try to do something for us." I ended up with the tartine, which had to be heavily modified to make it vegan. I didn't care for the dish, but had to make the best of it since it was my only option; I would have been happier with a side salad. I didn't want to make a big deal over it. After all, the show was great, the champagne was flowing, and my daughter had a great time. However, I would never have spent that kind of money had I been informed that not only are there not "several" options, there's barely one option.

Had an amazing time at Kit Kat Club this past weekend for their brunch show! The food was absolutely delicious and the vibe was on point from start to finish. The performances were so entertaining and really made the whole experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to the owner, who was an incredible host—so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for us. It was extra special hosting my nephew, niece, and my nephew’s fiancée who came all the way from Vancouver, while I’m here in Chicago—it was their first time and they absolutely loved it! Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, fun performances, and an amazing brunch experience!

The entertainment was great and the food was good. They do have singles to buy with cash or on a credit card. In between sets there is about a 25 minute break. They are very entertaining but the crowd definitely needed to be more involved. The show was so great and full of energy.

We came for the Diva Brunch during the annual Pride Parade. We sat outside underneath the pergola and it was nice to be in the shade and have some respite from the sweltering heat. The servers were all really nice and who doesn’t love some short shorts! I got the breakfast plate which came with over easy eggs, bacon, sausage links, toasted sourdough with jam, and cheesy grits. Everything on the plate was divine, except for the grits which were pretty bland. My friend got the “Big Hot Mess” which was fried chicken thighs, a huge biscuit smothered in sausage gravy, and 2 sunny side up eggs. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was so tender. The drop biscuit was cheesy, super flavorful, and massive! The prices were reasonable given it was Sunday brunch during an event. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in the Lakeview and Boys Town area.
