It's not the perfect place, as no place in the world is, but I must acknowledge that I have always received very good treatment from all the staff there. I can't mention names because I don't know them, but I appreciate the effort they make to give patients the best care. Thank you.
When they have a meeting, they don't leave anyone in charge. Patient care comes secondary to their meetings.
Yes Martha Oats is amazing!! I was seeing her for almost 2 yrs. Then they cut their funding and in turn cut her hrs. Now I can no longer see her!! This wasn't fair to her or people like me!! Im absolutely devastated!!!!!!
I’ve been with this doctors office for years now and have never had an issue… I recently inquired about a telehealth visit due to not being able to go physically into the office because of a family emergency that required me to be out of the state. I was having an emergency myself and needed to speak with my doctor immediately if possible. I was told that I needed to physically be in New Jersey at the time of the tele health visit.. even though I am a residence of New Jersey. Why offer tele health if it is not flexible to your patients who could be experiencing a emergency. I received little to no advice and was left feeling hopeless about my issue. It’s not comforting at all. Who do I seek out if I’m being seeing this same doctor for years. It seems like total negligence.
I've been a patient here for about three years now and it was always excellent until recently. Now I am finding it very difficult to get my basic needs met. My appointment scheduling is all over the place, sometimes I show up just to get turned away because they made a mistake in scheduling. I have missed work hours and suffered some income loss as a result. My appointments are rushed and I always have to stop and slow it down to discuss my needs thoroughly. Also, I have a lot of trouble getting my medication refilled with the prior authorization it needs. I understand that healthcare is understaffed and overworked these days but it is causing significant stress and strain in my life and health, as well as for other patients I know. I would strongly recommend this clinic to do more to address these pain points and improve the patient experience.
