Hey, I just dealt with Keegan after having developed a very significant amount of respect for this place, especially the trans nights the way they cater to a crowd that works really hard to confront conventional norms. Keegan asked me do I really need a drink? And she was completely right cuz I already had a few but she gave me a beer and I really appreciate her looking out for my best interests alas well as Georgies on my birthday Because she can make money off of drunk person, but she's more concerned about doing a good job for a business I really respect ... And maybe I'm a little like emotionally sensitive. Keegam wanted to make sure I was okay. Georgies and Joe Cole actually care about the community and this is an example of that instead of some. LOVE going to Georgie’s especially on Sundays when they have the drag show. Great atmosphere! Wonderful & attentive bartender! Excellent bar food. Moderate price drinks. Great crowds! Fantastic DJ. Great local bar! Wide variety of weekly events! Big pool table & tournaments. Highly recommend.

Went to Georgie’s early last night and it was such a refreshing atmosphere, chill laid back, friendly staff. Very welcoming and inclusive. Will definitely be back.

I walked in here last night took a seat at the bar and the guy behind the bar purposely ignored me. Refused to make eye contact. Walked in around 11pm wanted to order, kitchen is open until 12. Sat there for 15 mins. Passed by me 5-6 times. Dude next to me was eating and other dude next to me had food. Acting busy while not being busy is dumb obvious you’re not fooling anyone.. getting hate from straight men I understand. Getting hate from the men in my community is another level of petty i have still yet to understand. I don’t live far from Asbury but if your traveling from outside as a masc lesbian make sure you have a group with you. Luckily, Paradise was having drag 5 mins away. Tipped the bartenders double what I paid for the drinks at Paradise just from them being kind.

Georgie’s is one of the most welcoming, cool, relaxed bars in Asbury. They have such a wonderful, beautiful, mixed crowd of people. Drag shows on Sunday as well as kerokee nights and other fun stuff during weekdays/ends. They host events for the community like autism awareness. The lgbtq community is just beautiful and welcoming. I bring my buddies here all the time, and they love the atmosphere’s , respect, prices, and overall vibe. You just meet such amazing people here. I love it because I get a beer I love cheaper than anywhere in Asbury (happens to be brewed here as well!) and get my cheese fries ! The bartenders are just kind and wonderful. On busy nights, please be patient t - it can get busy. Happy hour is such a great time to go. This is really a family establishment and it shows. Bring your ID - they are appropriately dligent about checking! Love this place !
