One of Berlin’s queer institutions, I suppose. While the bartenders are friendly and the drinks are good, the bouncer needs to go to therapy. She’s aggressive, violent, and unprofessional, yelling at and hitting customers. When she needed to use the bathroom while I was inside already using it, she was banging against the door aggressively and opened (!!!) the door from outside without permission so she could use it herself, even after I told her I needed another moment. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, because I was taking my time in the bathroom, when she saw me outside afterward, she hit my arm and screamed at me, telling me that she will throw me out the next time. I understand that as a bouncer, you might need to use the bathroom quickly to keep the atmosphere safe. However, being belligerent and vicious in that process isn’t. Absolutely foul.

A beautiful place, yet unfortunately the bouncer feels allowed to be handy ☹️ pushed my friend twice, denying entrance. Context: we were in this bar 8pm, went to cinema, came back, my friend was holding a beer. Of course, she put it down. The claim is understandable and of course we entered with no beer. Anyway, why hands??? Why pushing a person??? Words should be enough

Tonight (Thursday 19.03.26) I went to this bar looking for a good time and a few drinks with a group of friends but by the end of the night I could not believe what I was witnessing. One of the staff members that was working at the bar (curly hair, wearing a red jersey and jeans) literally invaded a bathroom stall to pull a woman out of there so he could use it. He was grappling and pulling at this lady, not hesitating to be aggressive while she was just trying to use the toilet. Apparently the employee absolutely needed to go before her and couldn't bring himself to wait. She had to plead and shout to be allowed to wash her hands and grab her coat before being aggressively handled towards the exit. This must have been around 10:30pm. I’m still in shock. I thought this was supposed to be a safe space, but apparently it’s okay for staff to treat and humiliate customers this way. If I understand correctly, the woman even got kicked out as we saw her crying outside. An absolute disgrace. I hope the woman who was targeted decided to take further action and hopefully got the police involved, and if I find that she needs a witness, I will be 100% available to provide the help she needs. I am never coming back here and I’d suggest extra caution for anyone who does. If this ruined my night, imagine what this situation did to that lady and her friends. Ridiculous.

crowded just as a bar should be! loved the vibe, fun and entertaining. A place to be during the week when you’re looking for something to do.

Good bar if you are a gay man. Bartender is nice with you as long as you are friendly, and that’s just how things work. Atmosfere is hipster and I like it.
