Warm and friendly, some IT equipment provided, good access and facilities, very easy to get to by train, 19 mins walk, by car parking 3 mins away.

Went there on Monday around 10am , and the receptionist with glasses , short dark red hair and hoop earrings was very understanding , gave me the right advice and pointed in me the right direction to get the help I needed today . Much appreciated

Went there today to get advice and immediately felt at ease and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's just comforting knowing places like this exist.

I give this place a one star Been going here for over a year currently homeless and needed support from the foundation and being part of lgbtq Unfortunately I got lack support from support workers are more about paychecks and actually helping people I hope someone from the board reads this review get in touch willing to give more info on the matter also the staff need more training or get some of them sacked and they not doing the centre any favours
