“I signed up for their free cover, which says "must arrive before 1am" I get there a few minutes before such and the line is long. They purposely are going slow. A few minutes before they completely stop the line and aren't doing anything (their excuse was we are letting the traffic out of the club). At 01:03 they resume the line and claim they aren't taking any more of the signups and are charging everyone cover. Just poor customer service and communication to get their cover fee. I refused to pay for something they promised for free and left.”
