Visited Piranha for the first time last Saturday for my birthday trip to Vegas. I was hyped to go. Everything was fun until we hit the bar. My friend was ordering his drink, so I asked if he could grab mine too. He told the bartender (closest to the exit) to add one more. The guy rolled his eyes and goes "damn, anything else?" super rude and condescending. Sis clearly hates his job… don't take it out on customers. Wish I got his name. Only highlight besides was the music and the drag queens. They were amazing fun and actually made me feel welcome. Shoutout to them. Club itself is cool. That one bartender? Nope.
I had and amazing time at Piranha, I was so lucky they were celebrating their 20 anniversary. I have to say that all the Queens and dancers put their heart into the show, their performance was with no Doubt one of the best shows I experienced at Las Vegas. As a gay man is great to have a place to hang out with such great crowd hot boys (and girls ) and nice staff. I danced and singed all night long, btw I visited them two nights in a row! Thank you Piranha :D
Completely unsafe environment for those sober or drinking. The back patio isnt set up to foster those trying to recover from the dance floor. No clear markings on the cement on a 3 inch drop onto uneven astro turf that covers holes. Being sober, I almost rolled my ankle 3 times in the back. No markings to show a drop and if you almost fall and twist an ankle. Watched as Security offered to escort someone out who almost fell. Keep an eye on your people cuz this place is not here to make sure you are good.
Hands down the best spot for a wild night out in Las Vegas! Located right in the heart of the "Fruit Loop," this place has an incredible energy that you just can't find on the Strip. I love that it has multiple rooms playing different music, from Latin beats to high-energy EDM, so there is always a vibe that fits your mood. The drag shows are top-tier and always a highlight of the night. Whether you’re hanging out on the outdoor patio or dancing under the lights inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. The drinks are strong and fairly priced for Vegas, and the staff is super friendly. It’s the perfect place to dance until the early morning hours—an absolute must-visit for anyone looking for a fun, authentic queer nightlife experience!
Piranha Nightclub was recommended to me by a friend. I was in town for a conference and decided to check it out. I had a blast, even though the front bar was really the only section open on a Wednesday night. I arrived around 10:45pm and there was no cover. Service was friendly, a little slow once it got crowded, but for the first hour there was a small crowd there and then it picked up. The music was jammin, go go boys were great, and it had a fun atmosphere. I didn’t have cash but they were able to run your card every transaction. No tabs. I would go back for sure and would love to see the rest of it on a Friday night or weekend.
