“Great establishment, and I can't deny that I've had good experiences there overall. However, I want to address an incident involving one of the bartenders that I felt was discriminatory and unprofessional. On one occasion, this bartender attempted to pressure me into giving him a tip. On another visit, the same bartender refused to serve me a drink and stated that it was because I had not tipped him previously. He also spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I believe all customers should be treated fairly and respectfully regardless of whether they choose to tip. While I appreciate the establishment itself, this experience left me disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service being provided.”
